Gooseneck Trailer?

Looking to replace my F350 dump and F250 pickup for one truck setup. I work masonry and would like to eliminate both trucks for an F450 with a pick bed and gooseneck dump trailer. I've never towed a gooseneck but have plenty of hitch balls. Is the
gooseneck is easier to back into close spaces because you can jacknife the trailer into palces that are not much longer than the trailer,
just have to be careful in rough terrain that the neck of the trailer doesn't get into the sides of the truck
