Can you put a rudder on a mainstream kingfish kayak? If so what rudder will work also any sails that willl fit the kayak?

yes, you can get one. I would have to see your kayak to tell you which would work best. Look in your area for a store that specializes in boats. They will be able to tell you exactly what you need.

So this tweet got my attention because it relates to a conversation that I've had with some American friends. I'm not here to bash gun ownership, or even gun use. Personally I'm not a fan of guns, but that's another topic. The conversation can't be fully covered in this blog post, but it came down to this person being a longtime concealed weapon carrier. As it turns out, this person was very comforted by the fact that he had a handgun on him, virtually all the time. To be fair, this person was a very responsible gun owner. He's never even had to draw his gun in public. That being said, we began discussing situations where he might see himself needing the gun. He described many situations, many of them were debatable, but he went on to talk about a time where he was in a kayak, and a group of young twenty something people went by in a motorboat. They slowed, watched this man, and then crept up behind him. The gun owner explained how he had one hand on his gun because the young men on the boat made him feel threatened. He explained with pride, how his gun made him feel safe in that situation. His theory being that because he felt threatened, he would be able to shoot at the 5 or more men on the boat, if a problem developed. (As it turns out, the men on the motorboat just wanted to see his very nice kayak up close) I pointed out that, in his country, not only was he allowed to carry the gun on his kayak, but the 5 or more men on that motorboat were also allowed to carry...
